Is Mosaik a CRM?

Mosaik is not a CRM. Most real estate CRMs are focused on lead generation and/or lead conversion. Mosaik kicks in when a lead becomes a client and helps ensure every client makes it to the closing table. Then, when the transaction closes, instead of routing back to your CRM and letting “past clients” become leads again, they stay lifelong clients in Mosaik and are nurtured as such.

Most Mosaik users have a CRM and use Mosaik as their CEP (client experience platform), while greatly reducing the rest of their tech stack.
