Mosaik is not a CRM. Most real estate CRMs are focused on lead generation and/or lead conversion. Mosaik kicks in when a lead becomes a client and helps ensure every client makes it to the closing table. Then, when the transaction closes, instead of routing back to your CRM and letting “past clients” become leads again, they stay lifelong clients in Mosaik and are supported as such.

Many Mosaik users have a CRM and use Mosaik as their CEP (client experience platform), while greatly reducing the rest of their tech stack.

If you’re a solo agent who works completely on your own (or with only one other transaction coordinator, administrative assistant, etc.), the Pro plan is the best fit for you.

If you’re a team of three or more (between agents, transaction coordinators, etc.), we typically recommend the Grow plan, unless team size aligns better with the Scale plan.

If you’re a brokerage, typically the Scale plan would be the right match. 

Mosaik is also designed to scale up or down as needed, so rest assured you can always change your plan if your business needs evolve.

Some Mosaik plans are structured and priced by “seat”, with a seat being any full-time or part-time member of your team or business (agents, transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, administrative assistants, operational personnel, etc.). Client, vendor, and third-party collaborator invitations are unlimited.

If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel any time and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your monthly billing period.

If you’re on an annual plan, you can cancel any time and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period (annual payments are non- refundable). 

Implementation and activation fees are non-refundable.

Mosaik is ready to use right away with built-in templates and configurations. Most agents are up and running within a few days. While all modules are designed to work together, you have the flexibility to phase features in at your own pace.

Property analysis capabilities are subject to MLS processes and approval timelines.

MLS integrations are only required for the property analysis capabilities within Mosaik.

We integrate with a large number of MLS's across the country. Please feel free to contact us at sales@mosaik.io and we'd be happy to confirm if we can work with your MLS.

If we don't support your MLS, Mosaik's transaction management and client retention capabilities work independently of MLS integration.

Yes, Mosaik can be used to manage both buy-side transactions and listings. 

Similar to transaction management, you can use Mosaik to manage projects within your business. This includes, but isn’t limited to, managing client appreciation events, marketing campaigns, recruiting, onboarding, etc. The project management capabilities are similar to that of transaction management and include capabilities such as templates, task management, key date tracking, reminders, and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.

Absolutely! Transaction and project templates can be customized to your specific task lists, timelines, market nuances, internal workflows, etc.

Yes, you have the ability to upload forms & documents, drag and drop fields, and save your own templates. Please note that Mosaik does not directly manage the forms or updates on your behalf. This capability is available to all agents and teams on Mosaik and can typically replace other e-signature platforms. 

Yes, absolutely! In fact, by including your past clients in Mosaik from the get-go, you can immediately begin nurturing your database and surfacing hidden opportunities (listings, referrals, etc.).

Mosaik can provide analytics and reporting around volume, financials (GCI, net income, etc.), client activity, and team productivity. Mosaik also leverages behavioral pattern analysis to help you identify opportunities (for example: clients looking to transact again) and risks (for example: clients that may be getting cold feet) within your database and your business.
